Our PDF Attachments are not opening

I have been attaching layouts to events in IO and the PDF's are pulling errors. I need to see how to get this fixed ASAP.


I have attached a Jpeg of the error message, and this attachment worked 2 days ago. Whatever is happening, it is happening to everything now as nothing will open.

Try renaming it to a more simple name without special characters. If that fixes it, we will have to figure out a way to handle whatever characters were sent better.

Thank you. I renamed a couple of them that had Microsoft - Exchange - 6-25-14 V2 to Exchange, and that seemed to work. But another one I named "PlatformNext", pulled this: The requested URL /users/munderbrink/615024/PlatformNext.pdf was not found on this server.

We are having progressively more issues with attaching PDF's as well. In the past, I always forwarded the email, renaming the subject to the lead ID. As of late, this is not working at all. Seems to have stopped working sometime in the last month.
