On contract, payment radio button not auto=selecting, resulting on $0 payments
4086567Lead, but have heard from other customers. When I View the contract, it tells them it is going to charge their card the deposit and CC fee, but no radio button is selected. Customer thinks they have paid, and are confused when they get an auto-email reminding them to pay.
Perfect world would default to Full Balance, allowing them to chose to pay deposit only.
