Notify customers who try to enter multiple quotes for same event or date

Create a way to let customer know they have already submitted a quote for their event. What I find is happening is that because a customer is entering multiple quotes for the same event, the items selected will show as not available.

Normally this isn't an issue because if the customer is just submitting quotes none of the inventory is reserved.

In the event that they click Book Now, then later submit additional quotes for the same time it will have the issue you described but the customer should have received email communication letting them know about their booking.
