Not receiving all new lead notifications via email

Hi Guys,

Over time, I have noticed that we do not receive emailed notifications for all of the leads that we receive. As recently as this morning Leads #: 549147, 549149, 549151, 549155, 149157 (from the same person) were logged in the system, but we did not receive any emailed notification for them. Is this an Inflatable Office issue or a glitch with our email provider or both?

We have improved our email system to handle alerts differently so that this should no longer be an issue.

Did you check your junk folder? Have you been getting other alerts?

Junk folder is empty. We're receiving some new lead alerts but not all.
