Newsletter - Blacklisted Customers?

Does the newsletter sending automatically block blacklisted leads or do you need to set up a filter for that?

If so, what are the instructions for that?

Blacklisted customers will not receive newsletters...no need for a filter. Thanks!

Ok. Great.

Also - once the newsletter has been sent to the full customer list, is it possible to obtain the FULL log of data ie. open/click/bounce etc as opposed to just the summary shown in the LOG section?

We want to update all of the "bounce" email addresses in contacts.

We currently have a request into our development team for something like this...it's not yet available. But we will let you know as soon as we have an update on this!
