my yearly reminder emails are not sending out!!!

Please look into this, I have had it active for over 2 wks now and no emails have been sent out! somebody looked into it for me last week and said that they tweaked it to work,but it looks like that didnt work! Thanks for your promptness on this issue

You have the Yearly Reminder set to go out 30 days prior to the event book date. Since it is May 12th 2014, that means that it will be sending emails today for events that were booked on June 12th, 2013, 2012,2011, and 2010.


I went to your leads and clicked More Filters and set the book date to June 1st 2013 -> June 11th, 2013 and there were no events booked during this date range which is why no emails were sent recently.


You could change the email to 0 days, then it will send for events that were booked on this day last year, but then later if you switch it back to 30 days it will skip a month of events, so you'd want to switch it in the off-season.

I'm not sure why the 'More Filters' returns no results. When I run a report and include the Lead Book Date, it shows several events between 6/1/13 and 6/11/13. I'm attaching that report (I had mine filter out any events that weren't complete). You can see when you look at the attached report that there are many events with a Lead Book Date during that time frame.


Please let us know if we are doing something wrong. It would also be good to know why the 'More Filters' approach shows no results, but when I create the report off the Lead Book Date, it shows several that were booked during that date range.

I see them now...I must have done something wrong last time.


It looks like you created all these leads recently. The code checks to see if the customer has created any leads within the last month so it doesn't remind them about last year's event if they are actively engaged with your company currently.


I'll will adjust the code to allow this to work for this situation so they should go out shortly for you.

Do you know why the report I created shows a Lead Book Date that's different from the Date Booked in the actual lead? For example, I look at Cindy Bradshaw's event from last year. The report I created shows a Lead Book Date of 6/8/13, but the actual lead shows a Book Date of 4/3/13.
