I can see the interface is there, and appears to be working as it should on our end, from first inspection. Are you getting an Error message when you submit a payment? What's the lead ID of a contract you are working on trying this with so that we can check the logs? Also, while we look into this, please verify that these are the correct credentials from your Authorize.net account:

I have not made any changes on my side - when I go to a contract, the radio button does not exist on screen >> https://www.inflatableoffice.com/quotes/contract.php?leadid=678830&contactid=564449&custcontractid=429392

Thanks. This wasn't the case for the lead I checked first. Looking into it...

Something was missing from the HTML of your interface that checks the settings and makes sure you have it turned on before displaying it. I put it back and you should be good to go.

Thanks - looks good now - wass it something with the <TR> - it looked like a variable got mixed into a style value...

also, I assume my auth.net credentials you posted here are hidden from other users...

Yes. By default, we hide the credit card table row tag by using style="display:none" and the variable you see there now overrides that if it's enabled in your payment options.
