Multiple Rental Discount - Upselling

I tried to look this up in the Knowledge Base, but didn't find it. I may have missed it..
How do you set the Upsell on the quote page to show an item at a discounted rate? Do you have to create a Package? Do you have to set something on the Individual Item setting?

The upsell items are calculated based on your settings. So, if you someone gets a quote for a single item and you have a promotion that discounts the bill by 10% when more than one item is rented, the upsell price that will show is the additional cost to rent the additional item. Behind the scenes, we run additional quotes with the items that are going to be displayed as upsell items and then we take the difference from the quote they just got and display it. So, you can't set the amount other than by putting prices on rentals and entering promotions. I believe that is considered the "price levels" upsell method that can be set in Settings->Online Quoting. I believe the "normal" method just looks at the price of the item apart from promotions.
