When there are multiple profiles made for the same person - is there a way to merge them?

Yes, you can merge. We just released an improvement to that. You can select only one record if the record has multiple profiles and then click merge. Then start the merge wizard.

Customers: You can now merge individual customer profiles together, by checking them and clicking merge

Customers: When merging profiles you can now merge the notes together by checking both boxes.
