Many issues with new order,multiples of one item, totals wrong etc

Solved

See attached. Totals don't add up, of course. Multiple delivery 'options' for each bouncer shouldn't be possible. Not to mention that as originally entered, it was ONE bouncer and ONE delivery fee.

See our end...which still makes no sense as we saved it with one of each. Note the subtotal, and total.

Unselecting one set of them fixed the issue, but there were some tax modifications because of this. I suspect a browser plug in caused an error in the saving processes, but there isn't much info to go off of. Any info you can tell me about it based on the condition it was in before your worker initially removed some items might be helpful.
