Manager Reports

My workers are no longer receiving their manager reports via email. The last one seems to have been sent out near the end of April. It is active and set to automatically go to their email 1 day after the event. For example, none have been sent for this past weekend. Please fix.

Due to some recent improvements like the ability to only have one designated worker complete the manager report and know who did it, you are required to make some changes to your account.


1) Set one of your worker positions to be a 'reporter'

2) Make sure the workers in this list have the position from step #1 assigned to them.

3) Use that position for one of these workers when assigning shifts on a lead or in the delivery tool

I already completed step 1 for the workers I want to have that ability. I did not realize it had to be scheduled for every event as well. However, I do like that I can now send it to one person so I know who is completing the report. Now, if I go back and assign a reporter for each of the events this past weekend, will it generate the email to them because I need those reports completed?

You would have to change the "Send 1 day after event" to be longer like 3 or 4 days. That way it would go back enough days to get the whole weekend. But, yes, it should send them out. It checks to see if they've already been sent to that email address and since they haven't, it should send them. Afterword, you could set it back to 1 day.
