Why are new shifts showing as unavailable when no one has signed up for them?
If I had to guess before looking at an example, I would think it has to do with the worker's "rank."
Rank determines how far in advance the worker can sign up for a shift. The idea here is that your higher ranking workers will be able to fill up the schedule with shifts they want before lower ranking employees fill in the gaps.
If this isn't what you are referring to, can you please send me a worker name and particular shift that you think should be available and I'll look into why. I'll make this ticket private so you can share specific details.
Actually it was much simpler. I was a dummy and had the endtime of the shift wrong. This was causing a conflict with a different shift she was already scheduled for. Once I made the adjustment, everything was good.
