Maintenance Log Comments

If an item if moved into the maintenance log, and the user also adds the date in which is must be returned into stock, how can we track that our repair shop did any work to it outside of an in-person conversation? The items automatically disappear when the check-in date comes up with no safe-guard letting us know any work was done.

In Settings -> Maintenance you can see the notes that were left when the item was out in the item history, but I agree that leaving a note when the item is checked in would also be very helpful. I'll add this to our product development system for a developer to look at adding it as a feature.
