Link to the Contract is not active

I've had a few customers say that the link for them to view/sign the contract is not active in the email that comes to them. The wording for "Event Contract" is there but it doesn't allow the customer to click it. However, when I look at them in the customer's log, it shows and provides an active link. Please help as soon as possible, Thanks!

A current lead ID that I'm having this problem with is 918345

This is most likely some issue with your customer's email client blocking it for some reason. You could try viewing the contract and then sending the link in the url for the contract. If they still can't click on it, at least they can copy and paste it. It doesn't seem to be an issue with our software.
