Today, went to print out linen report for linen company we sub-rent from. Only one contract out of two contracts showed up on excel sheet. Please fix?
Can you please describe, or take a screenshot of, the exact filter(s) you are using before viewing your contracts?
If you click on "Customize Report" and then choose your Linen Report from the drop down of saved reports, you have this Group By in here which will only print one line per category. Think this is the cause of what you're seeing.
Cody - Tried this and still missing contracts this week on the report - will only show one contract on the report - we have three for this week. This is for our Linen Report. I just want it back the way is was in December. Attached a copy of what I was sending on a weekly basis.
Not sure what happen, but this is not working now.

Sorry hit comment instead of attach file - As you will see I have three orders on the leads page, but when I go to View page it shows only one contract. I also only need the Rental Name not the Leads Rental Name/Qty.
You need to click the "Customize Report" button at the bottom left of the leads page. Then in the pop up, click the Saved Report "Linen Report." There should not be Group By "Rentals Category" selected (or anything selected). You can also drag in/out any columns you want from there.
Still have the problem that not all the contracts are showing up on the linenreport - I now have two out of three showing up.
Do you have some time where one of our support specialist could screenshare with you to show you what you need to adjust in this report in order to get one line per lead?
I am in the office today until Noon Eastern Time or Tuesday/Wednesday until 1 pm - Eastern Time.
I attached a screen shot. I removed the top option where you had a variable enter in "Group By" . You can edit this reports by clicking on Customize Report on the bottom of the leads page. Once there click on the report in the drop down box that you want to edit. See if this works the way you need it to.
Under Customize Report, when I hit select the Linen Report does not show up at all. I can only see Create New ....
Please note all the fields were working last Thursday. The issue now is not all the contracts are showing up on the Excel sheet.
