I've activated it and been using it from time to time... Pretty cool!

What does the "Badge" and "Flag" mean?

Would it have the ability to text workers reminders to their cell phones?

Badge - Adds a little number onto the floating reminder check box

Flag - adds a flag to the lead if there is a lead associated with the task.

No text reminders have been integrated at the time.

This function is currently in Beta as a free add on while we build out it's functionality, but will eventually be an additional paid module. Because of this, it needs to be manually opted into. You can add the CRM module in Settings->Subscription.
