Items showing up in Active Price list

We have items mysteriously showing up on leads with out pricing. Im going through our Item Price list and realized i'm wasting my time on items that should be showing up under Active Pricing. These Persian Rugs with "#" in the item title should not exist. And I don't see the actual items on any page?? Same thing with the Moroccan rugs.
The same problem 
It looks like there is a price category for each of the Moroccan and Persian that was created. To fix this you could go through the items and give them all the same price category and make the other ones inactive. Let me know if you have any questions!
