Issue with tent packages

I have a 30x120 set up with 4 ends and 6 mids which means I could have 2 30x60 or 2 30x30 or 2 30x45 or other combos.... I have a 30x90 out this weekend and it still shows I can do a 30x75 which Is wrong..

I have checked my eemmm settings and they are all set correctly..... Where is the error I can't find

Based on my counts 4 ends and 6 mids we should have no 30x75 available this weekend but everything from 30x30 to 30x60 "would still be available...

I did some testing and wasn't able to create a scenario where a 30x75 was available. It's functioning how I would expect and how you described it should in my test. Do you have an example of it not doing that?

I didn't test the Daily availability page. This is going to probably be a tricky one to fix. It's actually listed in the "rented rentals" because it's a piece of something that's rented. The number we pull for the amount available on this page is the number in the inventory minus the number rented. In this case that's 1 - 0. The reason for this is that the page would take longer to load if we calculated availability the same way we do when you edit / save a lead.

I tested this by creating a new lead which is showing the proper amount available.

i did a new lead and got the correct count, which is good.

but currently what you are saying it the calendar and adding to existing orders would show wrong counts until you guys work out a solution?

It is only limited cases involving parent/child relationships. We are working on it.

this issue is still occuring on the IO App.

it shows i have no 40 wide and the 30 wide has the same issues as before

We're looking into this availability issue on the app. Can you provide us with what date you're testing the availability on? Also, are these tent items the only ones you're noticing availability issues with on the app or are there others?

i wasnt checking any date i just opened my app, went to availability and opened the tent section

no mater what date i tested same results
