Issue with Creating New leads with any kind of filter activated

When I go to create a new lead there is a filter of some kind active (Ex: a keyword, or coming events, etc) then SOMETIMES it will mess up the lead.

I can see that they are trying to create a new lead but there are no fields, just the tabs to select. This is particularly annoying because it is hard to duplicate on purpose but happens often enough to irritate me. Next time it happens I will screen shot it.

When you are on the main leads page (see screenshot below) you should see the "new lead" button on bottom right hand side. The filters will not affect creating this new lead. If you keep having issues be sure to get a screenshot for us!

Is this after you hit save on the new lead, or right when you hit "new lead" before anything is filled out?
