IO Phone - prerecord sales rep connection statement

Under Consideration

Currently when a sales rep answers an IO call, it asks them to press 1 when ready - then there is an awkward pause because they are not sure when the actual connection to the customer is made. In other business phones systems, the sales rep can have a pre-recorded initial statement, such as "This is Bill with FunFlicks, how may I help you". This general prompts the caller to begin speaking.
