IO phone keeps glitching during initial connection

I noticed this Wednesday but at the time it looked like the calls were 0 seconds so not a big deal because we weren’t being charged. Now they look like 1 second calls...
The issue is this : I go to place a call, hit connect. It looks like it’s connecting... but my phone doesn’t ring. After a second it flashes like it’s been hung up, then I can hit connect again. Usually it acts normal after the first time, but today I had to hit connect 3 times before it would.

It looks like on those 0-1 second calls we're receiving an error message from our phone provider which is causing the call to hang up. We're reaching out to them about it now and will update you with anything we figure out.

Our phone providers got back with us about this issue and said they've made some routing changes on their end to address the problem. This change was made at around 1:12 PM EDT today. Please let us know if you continue to experience this issue and we'll look into it again for you.
