IO Events in Calendar and Mileage for Payroll

I need to find a way to correct an issue on the IO Calendar. Tell

me if you guys know a way get around it: When your

event automatically calculates the mileage for the worker in the

contract tab, it often puts the workers time past 12:00am at night, which intern

makes the event show on the next day on the IO Calendar and shows those rentals as "rented". The only way

to keep it off the next day is to manually change the travel time, which

then makes the payroll summary inaccurate. So my question is, how do

you make it so the mileage calculates correctly for payroll, and yet

doesn't interfere with the next date rentals when it goes past 12:00am

at night?

Or am I missing something completely?

It doesn't make the item unavailable for the following day (except maybe from midnight till 1am or whenever they return the item to the warehouse). But if you are looking at the day on the calendar it shows the item as if it were unavailable for the entire day since that display shows the day as a whole.

Anyway, the mileage on the Contract tab is used for calculating the distance charges and for the availability of the item. The worker payroll mileage is calculated separately (since the worker may be driving directly to the event from their house and not from the warehouse). Therefore, if you change the mileage on the contract tab it should not affect the worker payroll mileage.
