Can you add to our subject line on our email alerts this?


example on our workers shift accept it say

xxx has accepted their shift for CLIENT NAME (LEADID)

can that be added to all of our alerts?


we find that the client name is very useful without having to click to see who the client is etc

sometimes client name will require immediate action and having that will force our staff to react quicker and also

will help with outlook rules when we set up rules to sort emails into folders based on CLIENT NAME..


maybe this will be available in future releases where we can adjust those subject lines but i know as of now it isnt an option for us to make those changes on the alerts

We do have intentions of making the alerts template based, but it's a large project and not likely to be completed in the near future. Can you send us some specific ones that you're getting frequently that might be the best to update first? I know "all of them" would be better, but they're sprinkled about over several thousand lines of code right now, so updating them on a case by case basis might be something we could work toward easing things up for you before we have the oportunity to make them all template based.
