Inventory Count

Answered

We have tons of glassware and we are now forcing our clients to take full racks of each of the glasses they choose.

Example Beer glasses rent for .58 each and in racks of 25.

I want the system to force a 25 count number on our order when we place their order to aid our staff in selling the correct amount.

if someone puts in 1 it bumps it to 25 and charges as needed

if they put in 40 glasses it would make it 50

how do i a make the inventory default to the rack count.

We have 239 beer glasses so that would give us 9 full racks and a few loose ones.

What you will want to do is use advanced quantity options and Choose dropdown...increments of 25. That way it will give the customer options of 25, 50, etc

I fixed the white wine glass 12oz to the way it needs to be...in the new front end it's working the way it should...it automatically enters 25. On the old back end it's hit or miss still--it works fine sometimes and others not at all! --some of the inventory stuff has been "quirky" on the backend since the switch so I am putting in a ticket for this. But, if you put in the advanced quantity options the 25 increment and use the dropdown choice for the input type it should work for you. Thanks!

Yes, I have been looking on the new for 5 mins now trying to find a spot for the "advanced quantity" I don't see anything either. I am going to also put this in the ticket as well! For now, on these items do this in the old version for the items you need set up this way! Thanks!
