Inflatable office not integrating any information to quickbooks

When I go onto quickbooks it has no information on my leads, payments made, customer information, nothing.. I'm not sure what's wrong but it keeps saying it updated info and that connection was successful but it hasn't. Nothing is integrating

If you go to Settings->Quickbooks it will provide you with a log of what it has been doing. In your case you can see it is complaining about the payment method Paypal not being in the Payment Methods list.


You'll need to go into Quickbooks->Lists->Payment Methods and add Paypal as an option.

I have quickbooks 2016 and there is no settings tab or a payment methods tab

It should be under Lists->Customer & Vendor Profile Lists -> Payment Method List. PayPal should be listed and if it's not then it needs added.
