inactive items showing on quote page

I made a few items inactive yet they appear on the customer quote page, entertainer combi 1 and entertainer combo 2 , what else do I have to do so customer cannot book these items

I show both of these combos unavailable currently, I tried through the website as well as the lead. If you do see them show up please let us know where so we can take a look! Thanks
