IMAP integration with godaddy

I set up the IMAP settings yesterday but I haven't been able to see any emails in the customer's CRM tabs yet. These are the email server settings of my godaddy email account - incoming server: imap.secureserver.net; standard ports: 143, 993 (SSL).

I don't know if I'm missing anything else. Thank you.

I verified that it is working properly for your account. It only brings in emails starting from when you set it up, not the entire history.

It's been a few days and we've had new emails come in since then but they still do not appear in the CRM tab. At one point lead 1946767 was showing an email from April 29th but it's no longer there. Lead 2009213 sent us an email yesterday and it's not showing up either. I haven't changed the email settings either since. Any idea why the emails are not in the CRM? Thank you.
