I cant find the login for the Workers Site? Used to be able to access from Workers Tab > Workers Site on left

Using the help files, it shows me where the workers site link used to be, but I cant find it any more. Can you assist?


I'm trying to enable workers to access some more of the lead information from their shift assignment emails/calendar but need to test it myself. On that same note, is it possible to link certain jobs to an employee and then from there to THEIR google calendar ? So they can look on their phone at their jobs? On my Google Cal I added a lot of unique info like links to the contract which is a great back-up option. BUT, I dont want all workers to access ALL jobs.

For multi-location accounts, the workers site link is shown in Settings->Locations. There is a link for the workers site for each of your locations.


There is no way currently to do what you want with Google Calendar. You can do the following to share an admin calendar with a worker. However, that worker will see all your events, not just the ones they signed up for.


Setup a new Google calendar on Google. Name it for the subcontractor. Then share it with that subcontractor on Google. Then in IO, setup the calendar template the way you want and choose that calendar.


Additionally, we can put in a custom template for your Google calendar for all workers, but you cannot at this time have different Google calendar templates per worker.

To clarify, using the Google Calendar settings I added a lot more template variables which give me all necessary and critical info.


Some of our 'workers' are subcontractors who dont have access to our entire system. One sub in particular has it set-up so that when he accepts a shift, it is added automatically to his google calendar. However, the only info that is added to his google calendar is the same minimalistic amount of info that was pre-loaded in my google calendar settings before I tweaked it. How can he change that?


The original question still stands though...cant find the worker site link from settings or worker tab. Thanks!
