I canceled my subscription

Not a Problem

I canceled my subscription and moved back to the free version. However, it appears that the system still thinks I am using the paid version and is stating that my account is past due.

It appears you cancelled your PayPal payment method correctly but the subscription was never edited on our end. I've edited this for you and your account is now corrected.
