I'm trying to figure out how to see the Personal Note that a customer adds when going through the quote process.
The personal note section only appears when you (the admin) are logged in and you go to the quote page. When a customer goes to the quote page they do not see it.
The idea is that you can type in a note, then if you click Email Quote at the bottom, it will email the quote to the customer with your note in the email.
Ahh... Got it. Is there a way to add a memo field to the quote page for the customer to enter any additional comments that they want us to see?
