How do I create a new text message?

I created a 'new email' in email setting and then when I edited it and went to category, it only had manual and newsletter labeled there.

Similar to the Auto Emails, the Text Messages are automatic and generated by the system's code. We don't have a way, at this time, for you to create "manual" or new automated texts.

I think he is trying to ask and I am too "Is there a way to make e-mails we create, not inflatable office's automatic e-mails, automatic. It is only giving an option to send these e-mails we create manually or through a Newsletter.

There is no way to do that at this time. It would be very complicated to do so, and it is unlikely that we will allow that anytime soon. It is more likely that we would create additional automatic emails if they were requested and something many users would want.

Is there a way to "create a copy" of email template to keep the original in tact and make minor changes to the newly copied template?

The best way is to create a new empty template. Then go to the template you want to copy. Click the "Toggle HTML Source" and then copy all of the code. Click the same button on your new empty template and paste over the code in it. Click the Toggle button to see what it will look like.
The Toggle HTML Source button is on the top row of the editor toolbars near the end of the toolbar.
