It is now the Complete status which only happens when the date is passed. The log shows the customer changed the status...how is that possible? This caused an over-booking on that item. Luckily I came across this one on accident. I look forward to your input.

The delivery windows on the contract tab are incorrect which caused this.

Can you remind me how we have to address this when we process a time or date change? Since the windows are set automatically, one would expect them to update automatically to coincide with the new date or time.

It warns you now when you change the event time and the window is set. We have plans to improve this.

It appears however that if you make a change and leave the screen, the warning does not show up any longer. Is that correct?

For example, a girl in the office changed the date of an order today and forgot to create a new contract. When I went into the order to check, the warning is not there.

Correct. The warning only appears immediately after saving. It does not show when you go back to the lead later.
