Hidden items on quote page

Previously with the older quote page we had some hidden items. Is there a way to hide from clients some items and allow only sales staff access with the new version?

Yes, the method of doing this is by going to the
1. Settings->Rental Inventory.
2. Click on the item and hit edit.
3. Under Advanced, click Pages.
4. Uncheck which pages you don't want the item to show. For example so the customer won't see it you'll uncheck everything except Packing List.
