Can you explain how you would want the time slots to look? Would the slots be the same every day? Or do they get to choose a start time and it just force the end to be 2 hours from the start?

Hey thanks for your prompt response.

Yes that sounds like something I would like to try. Setting it up in 3.5 hr intervals. (The 2 hrs for event and 1.5hr clean up and travel time)

Or something like this... were the customer sees if the slot is available or not because for some reason I’m getting a lot of bs from customers due to the way when wanting to book they say it looks available but it’s not. If I change it in my end they still complain because now it states unavailable leading them too get 1k quotes getting frustrated leaving or calling flipping at me, still loosing a potential customer.. thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Regarding the customers booking events, do you want to prevent reserving equipment until they pay a deposit or sign a contract? Currently your settings are such that once they indicate they want to book, the equipment is reserved until you change it, even if they haven't paid.

I need to think about how best to do this. We haven't done time slots like this before, but I'd like to be able to do it. I'll get back to you on this.

Yes I would like to do that. It’ll help me in having to chase them for payment.

I've set it to only mark them Confirmed if they pay the deposit. Leads in Contract status will mean they requested a contract and may have signed it, but have not paid so their equipment is not reserved. You'll want to go through any Contract status leads and move them to Confirmed if you want them to have reserved equipment. Thanks.

I've wrote a new feature to allow for time slots. We will release it for next month's release. Thanks.
