FYI: After diligently working to see if I could determine a resolution, I was somehow able to gain access to the OLD format of the system (the one that shows the "Set Up Wizard" as a menu list of items along the left hand margin of the screen). The Google Calendar option there (under the Integration heading) allowed me to link up with issue. Im not sure what the disconnect is and why it wasn't possible to do so through the regular login screen. So far I have found that there are a few items that work the same way (glitchy in the new format, but if I am able to get to the OLD format I can correct the problem). Why is this?
You shouldn't have had to go to the old version of the software....There's a spot on the new to revoke and regrant permission to be able to re-sync the calendar. Is it working for you now??
Nothing in the new system was working to grant access.The "Error- Revoke-Grant Access" message, in red font was displayed anytime I attempt to do anything in the new system regarding the calendar. I was only able to get this fixed through the old system. Yes, its working. Thank you for the follow up.
