How is the order of the flagged leads determined on the overview screen?


Currently on my flagged leads i have things that are today then jumps to october then back to a week ago etc

there seems to be no particular order ...

it seems that it should be in order by event date so we can act on them in the order they need addressed instead of a random list of stuff you have to scroll up and down to figure out what is the next item that needs action..

Generally speaking, they're ordered by the date that the flag was created. Most flags are created by the customer taking some action that creates the flag. We have a date field saved in the database for when the customer does something like this or makes a request causing a flag. Conflict flags are a bit different though because you can create conflicts on the back end by editing a lead without the customer making a request through the software.


In generally though, when a customer does something that flags a lead, the oldest flags will show up at the top of the list so they can be taken care of one by one, oldest first.
