Hello,
I just realzied that my alert box for notifying me of new surveys was unchecked. Is there a way to find any surveys that may have been completed?

The leads should still have been flagged and then show up in Overview->Overview->Flagged Leads.

Also - I'm seeing the majority of the surveys "bounced back". How do i know why? Their emails are correct because I was also to get contracts signed via email.

If i go into my log for surveys sent it shows more than 3/4 bounced back.

I see you are using a custom email server (yahoo) to send your email through. I suggest turning it off and allowing us to send the email to see if your delivery rate improves. Alternatively, you could change the content of the email, such as removing the image or referencing another image stored on your server. For some reason, your survey email is being blocked. I'm not seeing this with our other users.
