Failed to create profile error, cant recharge card

We've been getting this a lot lately, any idea why?

It means that we don't have a credit card profile saved for the card you are trying to recharge, or the token we have is no longer valid to re-charge. I've seen this before when the setting for CIM was turned off before, and I've also seen it when the credit card originally used has expired.


We would need a specific lead ID and to trace it down if you see it again.

This has been happening more often recently. Here's the 4th in 2 weeks: 2314791

To clarify further, this card is not expired and is still eligible for a re-charge as I logged in manually and did it successfully.

We are not sure why Authorize.net is failing those transactions. I've put some code in to gather more information. Let us know if it happens again. Thanks.
