Extra contract details by delivery type

Is there some code that can be added to my "extra contract details", which will allow me to have notes specific to different delivery types? For an example, check out my 17' slide. I want that note to show up only on Will Call contracts.
Ultimately, I'd like to be able to have several notes, each specific to a delivery type, and have each note show up only on the correct contract.

There isn't a way to do this. It's unlikely we'll develop a feature for this soon as it would be a large project to accomplish.
