Event start times are wrong

Solved

I have an issue with my software not applying the correct times to my events. When my people are putting in 8, it will set the start time for 7. This is causing issues with them not noticing it after they made the change, issues with my hosts being scheduled to arrive too early. I need this issue correct ASAP as it is costing me money having my hosts out for an extended period of time as well as distress with customers thinking they are getting service at certain times that they are not. This is potentially THOUSANDS of dollars worth of issues I have to correct I need a fix NOW. I emailed about it last week and was told it was an issue with daylight savings time, which shouldn't make any difference to the time I select for them to arrive, I do not want any auto adjustments for daylight savings. If I punch in a time for the event to start or my host to arrive then that's the time I want, not an hour earlier. Please get on this ASAP and let me know when you have a fix..

This issue has been fixed. It was happening when a user who had access to multiple locations where one had DST on and the lead being edited had DST off.

The issue is still happening intermitantly, and when i edit a lead it will randomly move my event start time back 1 hour. I put in 8pm start and save, then edit and it automatically changes to 7. I'm still seeing this issue and need my account to never change the start time automatically, we manually account for daylight savings. Please disable this feature.
