event complete and paid for but not clearing from overview contracts/deposits/balance due box

i have a few events that are not clearing although they are finished.

Leads will clear from the Overview->Contracts/Deposits/Balance Due box when the following conditions are met:

  • The book date on the contract tab is filled in.
  • The contract received date on the contract tab is filled in.
  • The lead is paid in full.

In your case, the contract received date is missing. This date auto fills when your customer signs a contract digitally, but you must manually enter it if you receive the signed contract otherwise.
