email templates by contract

can the email template for manual emails, be changed to be contingent on the document being sent? For example when sending the customer the contract, that would be the standard template, but when generating an invoice; can that template be different so that it doesn’t say “event contract” and “please click to view, sign, and pay"

The wording of the link can be changed, but it cannot be dependent on the document name. You could create another manual template for sending customers to an invoice document. However, I would recommend just turning on the "Customer - Invoice" manual template email in Email Center rather than creating a "Invoice" contract document at all.

Thanks for the quick reply! ok i turned on the "Customer - Invoice" manual template email in the Email Center. Now where is it that i send the customer this invoice email?

When you are on the "Event" tab of a lead, click the "Email" icon and change the template from the "Customer - Quote" Template to the "Customer - Invoice" template.
