Email system should keep log of outgoing emails..
I know it keeps a log of what template email was sent and where, but it would be nice to actually see the emails that went out since they are customizable. For example, we often write specific notes to customers before the 'form letter' begins...but other employees have no idea what others have typed in these emails. Just like a regular email client, being able to look at each previous email as it appeared when sent would be very helpful.
Additionally, our previous suggestion that an email contact list feature be added still stands. When we cc other salespeople or employees on an email, it'd be nice not to have to copy/paste from another program or type it out if I remember it.
