Email not sending
We created a second follow up payment reminder for customers (7 days after booking) which precedes an initial payment reminder after 4 days.
The second payment reminder (7 days) is not firing and sending since it's been created?
The first is working fine.
Everything is set the same in the email centre? The subject title of the email template is: "Customer - FINAL Deposit Due Reminder (after booking)"
As an example, it should have already sent to lead 3255311 on 03/04/18.
