Email not going through but says it’s read

My client (ID 3653833) is not getting the emails but the system says she is. Immediately after I send it. What do we think is going on?

We'd have to know more about the customer's email setup. It could be they are running an email client that has a plugin installed that reads the messages and deletes them if they think it's spam or something. Are you able to send them an email outside of IO if you copy the email out of IO into your regular email program and send it?
