Email issues

I have the correct stmp.gmail.com & the port number 465 put in but for some reason the test keeps on failing. I'm a new customer so i don't know if i'm doing something wrong here? Please let me know what to do

It needs to be ssl://smtp.gmail.com if you want to use port 465

I have corrected the URL in your account to be as listed above. You'll need to go to Settings->General Settings and hit Test Login at the bottom. Then follow the steps at the bottom to complete the setup (where it says TO FIX....)

okay so the email issue is solved but google calendar and google voice are still not linked properly

Which account username are you using? You have 3. The one that is a email address seems to be setup correctly. Are you still having trouble with Google Voice and Calendar? Remember, it will only sync things that occur after you setup the sync. So make a new lead and take a new call now that they are setup.

now i'm using the email one but the lead that I have set up is not coming into my calendar :/

Did you make the lead after you setup the Google Calendar? If you did or not, you should try clicking the blue status box under 'Quote' and then clicking to turn it back to 'Contract' or 'Confirmed'. That should trigger it to go to your calendar.
