I switched from Gmail to Fast Mail. I use Fast Mail with my company email. bryan@pabounce.com. How do I set up IO so that my emails integrate with the CRM?

You'll need to find your server name and port number for Fast Mail, if you google it you should be able to find it easily. Once you know the server name and port number you'll go to Settings -> Email Settings in IO and enter in the info including your email address and the password you use to log into your email. I better than information and the incoming emails are showing up in the CRM but the outgoing emails are not showing up in the CRM

Do you have an example of a lead that isn't showing email replies for the dev team to look at?

I use that customer for testing. My replies have not shown on the crm since changing to fast mail.

Gotcha, I spoke to Tim and he let me know that this can take up to 20 minutes and you'll have to refresh to see the update. If you refresh this page can you still not see your replies?
