We're finding more and more that our emails are not being delivered. Check that - they are being delivered but going directly to the spam/junk folders of clients.
I would say almost ALL hotmail.com / live.com / yahoo.com & a portion of gmail.com addresses don't receive emails that are sent through the system. We are forever advising clients to check spam/junk etc but on a first off occasion where there may only be email contact in the first instance, they think we haven't sent them a quote etc.
Anything we can do?
