E-Mail To Past Customer To Book Again.

We are having issues with the reminder e-mails our past customers are sent reminding them to book for this year. The issue we are having now is that we are no longer receiving the e-mail updates indicating that they have read the e-mail. In the past we would be able to see the date and time read.

I have fixed the issue causing these emails to not get flagged as open. The issue was with detecting whether they were read, not with sending them. Any future emails will start to work correctly.

Thanks. What about with the e-mails for past leads?

Sorry, but there is no way to correct already sent emails.

I understand. What I meant was the leads that are sent to individuals who only submitted quotes in the past, as opposed to those who actually booked. There are two separate e-mails that are sent out, one is for past customers and the other to past leads.

Oh, yes. Both should work. Remember, some customers have their email clients set to not tell us when they read the email. For those, we cannot get that information.
