Drop Down Selections in Quote Pages Not Working

It appears on my quote pages Both for Spokane and Seattle pages, customers are unable to select drop down items for "surfaces", "delivery type", "How did you hear about us" and "State". If they leave them blank they are unable to edit quote due to error message it creates. Can you please fix this or let me know how to edit the drop down boxes.

I noticed one more issue on both of our pages now that we can "request quote". Once an rental Item is selected, and quote is requested, some reason it is automatically setting quantity to (2) and then doubling this quote price?

In addition to the above, I'm seeing rental items on the quote page that are not in our inventory and should not be able to be selected by our customers when editing the quote. I believe they are from the Northern CA location EX: Photobooth, Red Carpet, Light paint Party etc....

You really should be on the new quote pages. Would you like me to switch to them for you? That may solve the issues. If not, I will solve them.
